This means that data is only used for the specific purposes for which it was collected. The data we collect is not disclosed to third parties without the consent of the individual whom it is about, unless there is legislation or other overriding legitimate reason to share the information (e.g. the prevention or detection of crime, or the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)). Please be aware that data protection outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in certain destinations may not be as strong as the legal requirements in the UK. 

We will not use any personal data relating to you, which we hold at any time for any purpose other than in connection with your booking and to inform you of relevant available offers. We will not pass on such data to third parties save where this is necessary in connection with the performance by us of our contract with you or as otherwise authorised by you. Julie Lee Counselling & EMDR Therapy complies with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (also sometimes referred to as the Privacy Principles Act or the Personal Information Privacy Principles Act) in dealing with its customers.

Your information will include details such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, special needs, dietary requirements or disabilities as required for any booking you wish to make (if appropriate). This information is collected upon enquiry, any form of contact to us or by booking a service.  We may disclose your information if it is obligatory to do so to fulfil your required service. The information may also be required by public authorities including customs, immigration and border control at applicable points of departure and/or arrival, as well as security/credit agencies.
